Installation & Use
Installation and operation must follow Bromic’s installation manual and all applicable local codes. Installation by a qualified professional is strongly recommended. Failure to follow manufacturer instructions may void the warranty.

Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties are limited to one (1) year, where permitted by law.

Free Shipping on All Orders – We provide free standard delivery on all orders within the contiguous U.S.
Ground Shipping for Smaller Items – Accessories and lighter products ship via standard ground carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or similar.
Freight Delivery – Large items (HVAC/Heaters) ship via LTL freight. Drivers deliver to the curbside only; they cannot bring items into your home or garage.
Tracking Information – Tracking is typically provided within 1 business day once your order ships.

No — the Bromic Eclipse must be mounted in a strictly vertical position and cannot be angled. Tilting the unit will void the warranty and may result in improper heating or safety issues. Ensure the heater faces directly downward during installation.

Do I need to purchase a separate control unit to adjust heat or light settings?

Yes — the Eclipse does not include control accessories by default. To adjust heat output or dim the LED light, we recommend purchasing the Bromic Smart-Heat Eclipse Dimmer Controller (BH3230007-1), sold separately. This allows for remote control of both heat and lighting levels.

What mounting options are available for this heater?

The Eclipse comes standard with a 24" twin ceiling pole. Additional mounting options include 8", 24", or 48" straight poles, a 24" curved pole, and a 61" wall mount arm. All mounting accessories are sold separately and must maintain proper clearance and vertical orientation.
