How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 4–10 business days after shipment. Larger HVAC and heater systems shipped via freight may take slightly longer depending on carrier scheduling and your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free standard curbside delivery on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Deliveries are handled by trusted freight or ground carriers based on product type and location.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, refuse the shipment and note the issue on the Bill of Lading. Then email support@homeheatcentral.com within 24 hours with photos and your order number.
Orders & Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated or in cases of verified product damage.
Are there restocking or cancellation fees?
Yes. Most returns are subject to a restocking fee plus return shipping costs, which vary by brand:
- MRCOOL: 35%
- Infratech: 25%
- Bromic: 25%
Orders canceled or refused after shipment are also treated as returns under this policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and approved by the manufacturer or supplier. This process typically takes 3–5 business days after they confirm receipt. Once the refund is processed, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds. Please note that restocking and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. All products sold by HomeHeatCentral are backed by their respective manufacturer’s warranty, which begins on the date of delivery. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by brand. Please refer to the product listing or contact our support team for specific details.
Do you offer installation assistance?
HomeHeatCentral does not provide installation services or coordinate with local contractors at this time. We recommend that all HVAC products be installed by a licensed professional to ensure safety, proper performance, and to maintain manufacturer warranty coverage.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, refuse the delivery and note it on the carrier’s Bill of Lading. Then contact support@homeheatcentral.com within 24 hours with photos and your order number. If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us immediately so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
