Price Match Policy

At HomeHeatCentral, we believe in transparent, competitive pricing. If you find the same product offered at a lower price by an authorized retailer, we’re happy to review it before your purchase.

Eligibility

We will consider price match requests when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is identical (same brand, model, and SKU).
  • The product is new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • The competing price is from an authorized dealer that publicly lists the item.
  • An authorized retailer is defined as a seller approved by the manufacturer to sell the product in the United States.
  • The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • The request is submitted before your order is placed.

Exclusions

Price matches are not available for the following:

  • Marketplace platforms or third-party sellers operating on marketplace websites (including eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Marketplace, Overstock, etc.).
  • Membership-based retailers (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s)
  • Clearance, open-box, refurbished, or discontinued items
  • Rebates, promotional codes, bundle deals, or special event pricing
  • Personalized or limited-group discounts (military, loyalty rewards, etc.)
  • Contractor, wholesale, or bulk pricing
  • Pricing errors, misprints, or clearly inaccurate listings

Additional Conditions

  • Total price comparison must include product price, shipping, and applicable taxes.
  • All requests must comply with manufacturer MAP pricing.
  • Price matches must be requested prior to placing an order.
  • Price matches are not applied retroactively to completed purchases.
  • Price matches cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  • All price match requests are subject to review and approval at HomeHeatCentral’s discretion.

Limitations

We review every price match request individually to ensure it meets our guidelines. While we can’t combine price matches with other promotions or discounts, we’ll always do our best to offer a fair, competitive price. If a request doesn’t qualify, we’ll explain why and help you find the best available option.
