The Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat™ Dimmer Controller delivers advanced, customizable control for Bromic Platinum and Tungsten electric patio heaters. Designed for users who want more flexibility than simple on/off operation, this controller allows you to manage heater output, create zones, and automate operation through the Bromic Smart-Heat™ App.

Available in 1-Channel, 2-Channel, and 5-Channel configurations, the Affinity Dimmer Controller supports a wide range of residential and commercial installations. Electric heaters benefit from true variable dimming, allowing precise adjustment of heat output through the Bromic Smart-Heat™ App. Control is handled via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, with timers, schedules, and zone grouping built directly into the app. For large commercial projects, the 5-Channel model includes built-in Ethernet and BMS (0–10V) integration, while 1- and 2-Channel models can be expanded using an optional Expansion Board.

Important: The Affinity Smart-Heat™ Dimmer Controller is designed for electric heaters only. Gas patio heaters are not compatible with dimming controls and require an On/Off controller instead.

Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping on All Orders – We provide free standard delivery on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

• Ground Shipping for Smaller Items – Accessories and lighter products ship via standard ground carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or similar.

• Freight Delivery – Large items (HVAC/Heaters) ship via LTL freight. Drivers deliver to the curbside only; they cannot bring items into your home or garage.

• Tracking Information – Tracking is typically provided within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

• Carrier Updates – Once tracking is issued, allow 1–2 business days for the carrier to populate shipment details.

Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Window – Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery; requests after this period cannot be accepted.

• Inspect Upon Delivery – Visible damage must be noted on the driver's paperwork. Report all damage within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement.

• Return Condition Requirements – Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all boxes, crates, or pallets.
