The Bromic Heating warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is valid under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Bromic Heating or an authorized agent (the warrantor) will provide the ORIGINAL OWNER with:
1. A replacement Bromic Heating unit, or
2. A replacement part for any component that fails.

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase for both residential and commercial installations.

IMPORTANT: Installation must be performed by a licensed technician. Any installation by an unauthorized individual will void the warranty.

Incorrect installation, adjustment, or modification — and failure to follow the safety instructions provided — may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.

Do I need the Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat On/Off or Dimmer Controller for the patio heater to work?

No, neither the Affinity On/Off Controller nor the Dimmer Controller is required for the patio heater to function. The unit can be hardwired and operated using a standard wall switch. However, both controllers are highly recommended for enhanced convenience and functionality.

The On/Off Controller allows wireless control via the Bromic app, scheduling, and multi-zone heater management. The Dimmer Controller (for electric models only) adds precision control over heat output in 1% increments. Both controllers support voice commands and app integration for smart home setups.
