Warranty

The Bromic Heating warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is valid under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Bromic Heating or an authorized agent (the warrantor) will provide the ORIGINAL OWNER with:
1. A replacement Bromic Heating unit, or
2. A replacement part for any component that fails.

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase for both residential and commercial installations.

IMPORTANT: Installation must be performed by a licensed technician. Any installation by an unauthorized individual will void the warranty.

Can this heater run on natural gas as well as propane?

The Bromic Tungsten Portable is available in two configurations — a Liquid Propane (LPG) model and a Natural Gas (NG) model. If you purchase the LP version but want to use natural gas, you can install the Bromic Natural Gas Conversion Kit (Product #BH8280050), which replaces the necessary fittings, jets, and regulator. For safety and proper operation, any conversion or installation must be performed by a licensed gas technician.

Can the Bromic Tungsten Portable heater be left outside in the rain?

The Tungsten Portable is weather-resistant but not fully waterproof. While it can handle outdoor exposure, we recommend covering it or storing it under shelter when not in use to extend its lifespan.

How does the Tungsten Portable perform compared to mushroom-style patio heaters?

The Tungsten Portable delivers up to three times the efficiency of traditional mushroom heaters. Its directional infrared heating focuses warmth where it’s needed most, covering up to 215 sq. ft. with minimal heat loss.
