Warranty

The Bromic Heating warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is valid under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Bromic Heating or an authorized agent (the warrantor) will provide the ORIGINAL OWNER with:
1. A replacement Bromic Heating unit, or
2. A replacement part for any component that fails.

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase for both residential and commercial installations.

IMPORTANT: Installation must be performed by a licensed technician. Any installation by an unauthorized individual will void the warranty.

Can I angle the Bromic Eclipse heater to direct heat?

No — the Bromic Eclipse must be mounted in a strictly vertical position and cannot be angled. Tilting the unit will void the warranty and may result in improper heating or safety issues. Ensure the heater faces directly downward during installation.

Do I need to purchase a separate control unit to adjust heat or light settings?

Yes — the Eclipse does not include control accessories by default. To adjust heat output or dim the LED light, we recommend purchasing the Bromic Smart-Heat Eclipse Dimmer Controller (BH3230007-1), sold separately. This allows for remote control of both heat and lighting levels.

What mounting options are available for this heater?

The Eclipse comes standard with a 24" twin ceiling pole. Additional mounting options include 8", 24", or 48" straight poles, a 24" curved pole, and a 61" wall mount arm. All mounting accessories are sold separately and must maintain proper clearance and vertical orientation.
