Constructed from 316-grade stainless steel — the same alloy used in the Marine heater itself — the suspension tube delivers full corrosion resistance to match the heater's specification for salt air, ocean spray, and marine conditions.

Available in 600mm (2 ft) and 1200mm (4 ft) lengths for both the 300 & 500 Series (2300W/3400W) and 4500W Marine models. For non-marine outdoor installations, the standard Platinum Electric Tube Suspension Kit is available at a lower price point.

• Free Shipping on All Orders – We provide free standard delivery on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

• Ground Shipping for Smaller Items – Accessories and lighter products ship via standard ground carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or similar.

• Freight Delivery – Large items (HVAC/Heaters) ship via LTL freight. Drivers deliver to the curbside only; they cannot bring items into your home or garage.

• Tracking Information – Tracking is typically provided within 1 business day once your order ships.

• Carrier Updates – Once tracking is issued, allow 1–2 business days for the carrier to populate shipment details.

Return Policy
